Does it come with a power supply?

No. And it doesn't require a separate power supply. It gets both power and diagnostics directly from your truck's OBD port. You can temporarily use a 12V adapte or Type-c cable (not included) to power on, but this will NOT enable vehicle diagnostics.

Can it do DPF regen on all engines?

It supports DPF regen on major engines like Cummins, Paccar, Caterpillar, Detroit, Volvo, Mack, International/Maxxforce, Isuzu, Fuso, and Hino. Some newer Freightliner trucks with Detroit engines use the UDS protocol, which is not supported.

Are software updates free?

Software updates are provided without an annual subscription fee. Connect the device to Wi-Fi to check for available updates.

Is it for Chevrolet/GMC Duramax or Ram pickups?

No. It is not intended for light-duty Chevrolet/GMC Duramax or Ram pickups.

What if it shows ECU error or won't connect?
