I purchased this to help keep a phone from over hearing that has to be left in the car during work hours. Since using this even on some of the hottest days on record in my area the phone stopped getting over heated. To me that means it is well insulated and would be a great lunchbox.

This seems to be pretty solid, considering it was like 8 bucks. It will fit 4 cans, not just 3 like you see in the photos. It will zip up snug with 4 cans and still have room for a small ice pack. The only issue with this cooler is that it was folded in half and stuffed in a small box when delivered. I felt that could have mucked up the zipper. Seems to be holding up, though. It is a good size to be an insert in my backpack, which was why I got it.

A nice case that works fine. It has a little bit of insulation which is fine for my needs.

I use it for fishing bait could have been a little deeper but all in all nice for what I use it for

Purchased as a gift. Recipient indicated it fits perfectly in her work bag, with the perfect amount of space for one meal. Construction is sturdy as well as keeps cold meals cool with frozen pack.
