Are the clothes removable?

No, the clothes are not removeable.

Does the Garfield stay in seated position? Legs do not move?

I’d say for the most part Garfield does stay in position (depends how you place him). Also know his legs don’t move that much, you can’t really make him stand even if you tried, hope that answers the questions!
