Supposed to be a pack of 6 x 20 but only 1 x 20 received. I did receive a full refund.

Scottish Breakfast Tea is the best!
This is very good tea. It is so good that my wife and I save it for special, maybe once a week or a little more.

Incredibly disappointing
Was so excited to have this for my mom for Xmas as she was in the uk and fell in love with this! Unfortunately when she opened her xmas gift of this tea it was just 6 bags of tea leaves!!! No tea bags!! So she can't even use the stupid stuff till she gets a tea infuser. I'm so disappointed I can't even express it in words. It does say in my order it was supposed to be tea bags. Will never order again. What a waste! She can't even drink the stuff yet.
