I wear a 7 1/4" hat and a medium helmet (HJC, open face) and although they fit I find them a little small. The tails used to tie the do-rag itself in place are also just a bit short. Otherwise I would have given them a five star rating. As I say they do fit; they could just be a bit more comfortable.
