Do you have to use led light or use a blow dryer?

You have to use and LED or UV light to cure the gel. A blow dryer will not work to dry the glue & harden it properly.

is the updated version still hard to squeeze? my hand be cramping😭 nailedbyyami btw

Mine comes out of the tube very easily no hand cramps here lol so I'd say no longer hard to squeeze.
