There is no added 'fragrance' to this product. Fragrances are typically added to cleaning products to hide something. Maybe it is to hide the horrible odor of the active ingredient or maybe it is to cover up a bad odor rather than actually getting rid of that odor permanently. Nok-Out has no added 'scent'.

Will it remove ciggarette smoke odor from a car?

Yes, this worked for me. I was given a car from a smoker and my clothes would have a strong unpleasant smell, just from a 30 minute ride. I had the car detailed at a repair shop with the request to work on the odor, but it was not improved when I got it back. I followed Nok-out's instructions, and applied it twice and the odor was gone and did not return. I also use it on my kids shoes. I am so pleased to find a good product that works so well.

Can it be sprayed directly into central air vents and air intake? Trying to get rid of mildew smell.

You can indeed spray into the vents and directly on the filter if you want to. Find the odor source and spray directly on it for best results.
