I am taking this primarily for weight loss. I have been taking it for almost a year and a half starting off at 240 pounds. I now weigh 200 even. I have not changed my eating habits or activity level. I can't say this will work for weight loss for you but it has worked for me. I am 52, non-smoking, male, with a somewhat low activity lifestyle other than a 40 hour work week running laser cutting machines. I disc golf once in a great while, hunt and fish, but I really don't do much else for physical activity.

These didn't make me feel jittery. I would typically take them before meals, and while I noticed less bloating after meals I don't think I noticed a big enough change in my weight or shape to give it 5 stars. Sometimes I'd get a slight stomach ache but nothing too bad.

The product is fabulous. I have used it for the past 8 months and have lost 30 pounds with diet and exercise. However, I’m now concerned that the last bottle I received the pills were brown and not white like the past bottles I have purchased. I have contacted the company with this question and I’m waiting to hear back. Feeling a little skeptical right now until I hear from the company.
