Great pants for workout recovery
I am 5 feet 10 inches tall and weigh 120 lbs. I got the size Small and that fits perfect for strong compression during my squats and deadlifts and I wear the pants all day on workout day and for the next 2 days and nights as my legs finish recovering from the weight lifting. I like these better than the Dr Skin brand because they have a low waist. Good stitching and a strong waistband. They are tight but not so tight as to be uncomfortable. The size chart recommended size Medium but I am glad I went with a size Small because I had the size Medium from Dr Skin and those were not tight enough on the thighs. The size Small is best for me and also right enough to compress the calves also. Just the right height and end 1 inch above my ankle bone. I also like that this brand has no logos at all. Just black pants with a subtle sheen. You can see a lump on the groin area but not too extreme as to be indecent. I would feel comfortable enough to wear them to the gym without any shorts on top for concealment. These get the job done as far as compression to aid in faster muscle recovery during and after your workout and may shave an extra day off of your recovery time and allow you to workout again sooner. That's good because for me my lower body had been taking longer to recover than the upper body and thus if the legs recover one day sooner than it is very beneficial because I do full body workouts 2 or 3 days per week. Without the pants it was taking my legs 4 days to recover. It is summer now in Florida but these pants are not too hot. However, for runners I am not sure how the pants would hold up in durability. But for bodybuilding they work just fine. I got a 3 pack

Outstanding Fit, Very Comfortable, Outstanding Value
I normally order a size small in this kind of garment, which is what I ordered here. The fit is awesome as far as I'm concerned. They truly qualify as real "compression pants." They are very tight fit through the legs and seat, which is often a problem area for me with this kind of garment, as I have a skinny "swimmers build." But these fit outstandingly well. They are very sleek fitting, smooth and comfortable, and look awesome! This was actually my second purchase of these pants. The first one was a two pack and this order was a three pack. Both are terrific values for the money and the quality seems not only very high, but consistent from order to order. The multi-packs seem to be a very good value for the money. Color me very satisfied with my purchases of these pants.

Nice!
I bought these as an experiment, since I've been fairly satisfied using similar (Dr Skin) compression pants for 6 months or so. After reading the reviews, I was quite hesitant about sizing, since opinions were all over the place. That being the case, I ultimately chose to heed the manufacturer's advise, and in contrast to what the Dr Skin sizing chart suggests (Large), went one size up from what I would normally wear (I'm about 5'7, 165 lbs), and ordered Medium. The pants are quite nice, the print looks good and appear to be well made: I specially like that, once again, in contrast to the Dr Skin products, the branding is somewhat more subtle and discrete: I know that's a tiny thing, but I personally am not too fond of turning into a walking ad for any brand, so....). The moment I put them on, I immediately felt a difference: unlike my L Dr Skin pants, these actually offered some compression, which was most evident on my calves. But other than that, they are quite comfortable: not too tight, certainly not to the point of attracting attention for the wrong reasons, but just tight enough to actually qualify as "compression" apparel. So yes, definitely heed the manufacturer's recommendation: order your usual size ONLY if you want/need "extreme compression"! My only observation: the mesh panels. 1) you DO NOT want to use these in public without additional cover: stand under your gym's ultra-bright lights at your own peril, since you may end up giving everyone an unsolicited peak under the hood, and 2) I'm also a bit concerned about the durability of the mesh in the long run, because it is quite thin. I'm sure the mesh is great to help getting rid of the moisture, but it might turn out to be a liability. Bottom line, I'd say these are pretty cool: they look good, feel good, and they do offer some level of compression without veering into "salame tight" territory. I'll probably get a few more, but I also probably will get the non-mesh versions.

Performance, quality, style and price!
I've purchased several of these compression pants: several pairs of black, black and red, blue camo, and green camo. I've had most all of the pairs about a year now besides the two I recently purchased. I wear them daily, regardless of whether or not I'm working out that day because I ride a motorcycle and I like to have a second layer of "skin" between myself and my jeans. Plus, in the winters, they help against the wind while I'm riding. As a base layer, I can tell you that in the winter it does help against the cold. I would say that they may not help as much as compression pants designed for cool weather but it's much better than not having them I can assure you of that. As compression pants designed for working out, wicking moisture, and keeping you cool, these pants will not fail you. I live in Arizona where, 5 months out of the year, the average is 100+ degrees on a monthly basis. June and July are the worst; the heat is 115-120 degrees on some days. When you wear these compression pants in the heat, it will feel a lot like running/jogging/exercising without any pants on at all (strange to say but it's true). In fact, I'm not sure how the technology itself works but I know that while I'm running, the wind passes through to my skin and it actually feels cool even though it's hot enough to bake cookies in my car using only my windshield and front dash (true story). So as far as wicking moisture goes, these pants will definitely keep you cool. As far as quality and durability goes, out of my 6 black pairs, all of them have their original shine that you see when they first arrive. None of them have a dull exterior. One of them, probably through my own mishandling has a small hole on the side of the pants but other than that, all of them are in the same exact condition as when I first received them. They've held up from the wear and tear of every day use, and I wash all pairs at the end of the week, so I couldn't be more pleased with this product especially given the more than reasonable price for a quality and durability that has lasted me four times as long as I had expected. As for style, yes every pair of these compression pants does get looks. I've even purchased some of the corresponding tops because I couldn't be without a matching set when it came to some of the colors. Some things to keep in mind. I did feel like these sizes were slightly smaller than I would traditionally expected from the size labeled. Although I could wear them just fine, ordering a size up seemed to resolve the issue. Again, not a deal breaker, but I don't want them to be so tight on my legs that it's uncomfortable to work out. When you wash some of them, if the stitching is cotton, try not to mix them with anything that would leave those little lint balls on them. I made the mistake of accidentally washing a towel in a load that had my compression pants and I spent most of the day pulling those lint-like fuzzies out of the stitching in the compression pants.

Comfortable. Affordable. Effective. Perfect. BASE LAYER.
I love them. Great Product. Order a size up and they will be perfect. Example: if you wear a Xtra Large order 2XL - I see these other reviews and I get a good laugh from the stupidity of some people. People are saying theirs are see through.. that is their own wrong doing 1) If you do not order the right size they obviously will stretch to the point of being see through and will be less comfortable than compression clothing is made to be. That goes for all compression clothing. You are ruining them in that manner anyways. mine were not see through at all and i did not lose any compression with a bigger size. 2) THEY ARE A BASE LAYER. These are NOT made to be worn just by themselves or with anything underneath. They should be worn completely naked underneath( that may be a little different if you are female), But The material cannot do the job it is created for if you don't. They are to feel nothing more than another layer of skin, Strictly to wick moisture under your training clothing. It's a foolish and inappropriate way to look to go to a gym if you dont have the proper pants just to lift weights anyways. If they were see through to you why would you even wear them there in the first place. Don't be that guy where people's immediate reaction is "You look like an idiot." HA. Not a hard concept to comprehend. So if you do need that style legging for whatever the purpose, maybe for Crossfit, etc. There are thicker compression pants / Leggings out there that are made SPECIFICALLY to be worn by themselves if desired. They are known to be worn by Serious/LongDistance Runners. And they wear them outside even in colder weather with no problem. I highly recommend these leggings by Tesla. These were my first Tesla product i have ever purchased. I will be buying more. oh yea, the Best Part is they are affordable and worth every penny. You certainly get some bang for your buck. I love Nike compression gear except for the price. Buying a few pieces gets steep fast. A lot of cheaper compression clothes lack in all aspects especially the see through problem and loss of compression throughout which has always made it a hesitant decision to make a purchase. Not these. You will not be disappointed unless you try to make them something they are not. Tesla deserves a great deal respect over these products of theirs. I hope their level of quality continues through out my future purchases. GET AFTER IT.

Super comfortable and lightweight
This was an incredible deal for these compression pants!!! I wear these for all mt workout and the fit is so comfortable almost as if I do not have them on!! They very true to size and very durable! They are extremely comfortable and easy to wash!

These are not compression pants, they only have enough compression so not to wrinkle up.
I consider the title very misleading, these are not compression leggings and as such will do nothing if you're thinking something like compression socks. They are just tights. They do seem to be very well made and of good quality material.
