This is my favorite mushroom coffee for on the go! I love the individual packets. I take them camping, traveling and to work. I feel sick when I drink regular coffee, but these give me energy without the stomachache or jitters. They are less caffeine than a regular cup of coffee, but enough caffeine to help me teach and to keep up with my own kids!

Instant good tasting coffee without too much caffeine! Perfect when you are on vacation but don't have a coffee maker or just don't want to use a coffee maker. 3 pack is the way to go!

I think it's too expensive to Only get 30 packs. I drink 2 cups a day Other than that love the taste
