This Salve 5% Benzoyl Peroxide cream has genuinely been one of the more effective things I've added to my skincare routine and I'm really pleased with how my skin has responded to it. The 5% concentration feels like the sweet spot — strong enough to actually do the job without being so harsh that it wrecks your skin barrier. I was a little cautious starting out because benzoyl peroxide can be drying if you overdo it, but used as a leave-on treatment in the way I've been applying it my skin has handled it really well. A little goes a long way so the 20g tube has lasted much longer than I expected. What I appreciate most is that it gets to work relatively quickly. I started noticing a difference within the first couple of weeks — existing breakouts clearing up faster and new ones appearing less frequently. It doesn't happen overnight but the improvement is consistent and steady which tells me it's actually treating the issue rather than just masking it. The cream texture is smooth and applies easily without feeling heavy or greasy on the skin. It absorbs well and sits comfortably under moisturiser without pilling or feeling uncomfortable throughout the day. For a medicated cream the formulation feels surprisingly pleasant to use. Affordable, effective, and does exactly what it claims. If you've been going around in circles trying different acne treatments this is genuinely worth adding to your routine. Clears up acne

I used a similar product purchased from Mexico in a pharmacy. It was a tube with a pump 2 in 1, Clindamicina, Peróxido de Benzoilo 1%, 5%. I can only find that in Mexico without a prescription and it has worked great. I decided to purchase this one from Amazon hoping that it would work just as well. It seemed to cause more acne and clog my pores. I don’t believe in “it will get worst before it gets better” when it comes to topical creams/gels. Sorry, I don’t recommend this product.
