Hi I’m 4,9 will this fit me?

Depends how you want it to fit. My daughter was about 4ft 10 and petite when we bought it 2 years ago. It was big and very baggie but that is how she likes her clothes to fit

Hi im 5'5 135ibs usually a large in jackets will this fit thanx

Yes, it fits you, put on it, you will be very happy, because you have a new fashion

Will it fit me? I’m 5’0 with a large DD chest size but rather small everywhere else?

It's a loose style, the chest will not be affected, so it's for you,

im 5'8 and 176lbs would this fit?

I'm 5'5 and 112lbs and I purchased a medium though the sleeves didn't turn out to be as long as I hoped they'd be. So I would purchase a size above what you're looking for if you want that cute oversized look.
