My son loves this. He is almost 8 years old but small build. And it still can hold his weight. Easy to use too.

I bought the Stokke BedBox for my almost 2-year-old ahead of our move to the US. It was perfect for the first leg of our journey — easy to set up, and my daughter loved it. However, after that initial flight, the strap hooks became inverted, meaning we could no longer wheel it along. The plastic hook somehow twisted back on itself, making it unusable in the way it’s intended to function. With two pieces of hand luggage each and eight checked bags across three connecting flights, this quickly turned into a major inconvenience. Given the premium price, I didn’t expect this kind of issue after just one use. That said, I’m still giving it 4 stars because I genuinely love Stokke products. They’re usually incredibly well designed and durable — this is the first time I’ve had a problem. I’m hoping it was just a one-off fault. I plan to contact customer service to request a strap replacement, although I’m not sure how straightforward that will be now that we’re based in the US. I’ll update this review once I have a resolution. Pros: • We flew American Airlines for the main leg of our journey and had no issues using the BedBox during the flight. No staff asked us to put it away at any point. • The storage space was enough for a few toys and snacks, which came in handy. • My daughter is a belly sleeper and quite particular about her sleeping arrangements, so the BedBox worked really well in emulating a mini bed. • The included stickers were a big hit — she had so much fun decorating it before takeoff, which added to the excitement. Overall, this product has great potential and offers a lot of convenience when it works as intended. I really hope the issue we experienced can be resolved quickly because otherwise, it’s a fantastic travel solution for little ones. Update - I submitted a claim through the Stokke website, the same day that this review was posted and the replacement strap was sent almost immediately, I received it two days after this review. Cannot fault the customer service whatsoever.

Diesmal hatte ich entspannten Flug weil meine kleinen Tochter (4 Jahre) nicht gequengelt hat und ich sie nicht auf dem Arm tragen müsste und ich mich schneller auf den Flughäfen bewegen konnte, es fährt sehr leicht auch wenn das Kind darauf sitzt, ich habe es sogar mit 2 Fingern gehalten und das auf jedem Boden Belag am Flughafen, ich bin wirklich begeistert. Das hat mir meine Reise alleine mit meiner Tochter sehr erleichtert. Sie könnte endlich bequem schlafen im Flugzeug. Bin mit Äthiopien Airline geflogen und die haben keine Probleme gehabt das ich die JetKids BedBox benutze. Habe sie nach dem Start aufgebaut und vor der Landung abgebaut. Alles kein Problem. Meine Kleine liebt die Box❤ Ich kann die Box allen Eltern von klein Kindern empfehlen die mit Flugzeug in den Urlaub fahren. Es ist eine super Sache 👍👏
