Sent to my kids in Texas they're going to use them this weekend camping I will have all the info by next week on how they worked. I'm sure they'll work great

how long do they last before they expire?

I don't have the ones we purchased any more to look for an expiration date but I think once you opened the package the efficacy would begin to diminish as the citronella & lemon grass oils would start to dissipate. Good thing is that you receive several sealed pouches to make up your total order. And, they are resealable. I wore one for 12 hours and it still seemed to be working.
