Fragile Product, Inadequate Packaging
Packaging needs to be improved. Initially, it was broken, and the replacement was cancelled by the delivery person because the product was damaged in transit and not in a condition to be delivered. The product is very delicate, and the packaging is not adequate. No point in ordering unless they improve the packaging.
