Wow. Gross doesn’t begin to describe this. The outermost bag seemed fine. While opening the smaller inner bag that contained the actual butterflies, I first noticed a weird film on that packaging. The same film also appeared to be on the individually wrapped butterflies. Then came the smell; totally unmistakable. Cat urine. The entire package of butterflies was covered in cat urine. OMG. I don’t own a cat and I retrieved the package approximately two minutes after it had been delivered, so it was not peed on here. The butterflies definitely can’t be used in the birthday for which they were intended. What a disgusting disappointment

I run a volunteer group that sends cards and care pkgs to critically Ill people and I'm always looking for special gifts to send our recipients, especially a little something I can tuck into a card. These butterflies are part beautiful and part a funny gift that surprises the recipient! It's nice for people who are bedridden to receive something so fun and crazy! It delights them and you can reset the butterfly to fly around the room over and over! It's durable and will bring fun to the recipient for a long time!

Purchased this product to use for a celebration of life gathering. The butterflies were suppose to fly when released but they did not work as described. So did not use and returned them.

I put these into cards and books to surprise people. They are fun...just wind them well! At least 25 spins.
