Gaspard et Lisa A Pair of 2" Tall Stuffed Plush Doll with Chain

I've read all of the Gaspard and Lisa books and these two small versions of the main characters are perfect companions! The two characters were initially described as intrepid youngsters of an indeterminate species that seems to be part terrier, part stuffed bunny, and all seven year old. The artwork is incredibly colorful, realistic in an Impressionist style and the stories, while short, have humor and a message to learn. Any fan of this series would enjoy these small dolls.

They're seriously smaller than mini finger puppets! They're not detailed for what they're worth and look like a kid's school art project. It's made of cheap felt material glued together and their eyes look as though they can fall off at any time.They were shipped in a box that was way too big and without any inside protection whatsoever. The tag was dirty and uneven on one that I received, looked as though they had resealed it. Would have NEVER purchased had I seen them in person at a store.FYI: These were NOT made in Japan.

These little guys are adorable, but much smaller than expected. Also, they look like they are made out of felt; way too fragile to put on a key chain.

Very well made. I used them for decoration on a child's dress of Gaspard and Lisa print.
