Is this grill portable?

It's not heavy and could be lifted into the back of a pickup truck -- likely two people. As others have commented, at different sites, it works best on a solid surface as the legs are just screwed to the base and the BBQ just doesn't feel solid moving across non-solid flat surfaces. I used lock-tite on all the screws during assembly. Ours is on concrete and is working well and I have no complaints.

what is the size of the pellet pot?

I didn't see anything in the manual about the size of the hopper, but a full one is supposed to maintain 10-12 hours of smoking according to a friend who owns one. Best that I could do.

How large is the pellet hopper?

It's advertised as 15 lbs. I've done slow smokes (LOW, 200 degrees) for 12+ hours and didn't come close to running out of pellets. On ROIT mode (750 degrees), it eats pellets like they are candy.
