Very impressed with this product! I was diagnosed in 2012 with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, and decided to go the more holistic route. I have tried so many supplements to work with my energy levels, severe joint pain, etc, and came across NAD+. I NEVER TRUST Amazon reviews if I'm honest, so I did a ton of research on the benefits and side effects plus talked to my doctor to ensure it was safe. Then I researched brands off and on Amazon to see who had the truest and most effective ingredients. This brand is it. Right before finishing my 1st bottle is really when I started noticing my energy levels increasing, less joint pain, and an all around lift in my mood . The pills are large but really easy to swallow, and I have had no side effects. Please do your research 1st before purchasing any supplements and of course consult with your doctor. The NAD+ definitely added to my energy. This brand is definitely more cost effective than others. Hopefully as I continue to age it will aid in keeping the signs of aging at bay.

Have been taking this combo supplement for 2 weeks and have just received my second bottle. Actually, I've just received my second and third bottles because I've decided my husband needs to take this too, that's how good I think it is. I will say when I took my first dose, I was a little concerned that it may be too strong for me. I had a definite increase in my heart rate and felt like I had drunk too much coffee, but I took it again the next day and felt fine. It has definitely given me a boost in energy, and I do believe it's starting to improve the look of my skin, as well as help, keep my weight down. I can definitely exercise harder and longer, and just seem to have a lot more energy which is the main reason I started taking it.

I have more energy and I am able to keep up in spin class! It seems to help with my cardio conditioning.

I am taking this as a part of an anti-aging regimen because of the amazing formations ( 500 mg nad+ and 300 mg trans-resveratrol, trans has more bioavailability if you do some research), so I can't tell you how effective it would be on its own, nor can I tell you if it did something in the short run. However, I can say that this is one of only a couple of products out there that offer relatively high levels of NAD+ Supplement and at a decent price, so it is unique and great in that way. The powder comes in standard-size capsules that are easy to swallow.
