DXZtoz Two-Way Articulating Borescope with Light, 1080P Industrial Endoscope Inspection Camera with Flexible Articulated Probe for Automotive Engine Mechanic HVAC- 5.5FT

This relatively inexpensive borescope has been very useful. I originally bought it to help diagnose a plumbing issue, and since then have been using it to look inside vents and generally in tight place with no visibility. The minimum bend radius can be an issue, but the ability to bend the tip and look around a corner is very useful. The product feels nicely made and has worked reliably with indoor use. The instructions are clear and it is easy to use.

Works great, and it's nice to have on hand. Clear picture, snakes around nicely.I bought this when we were building out house and having leaking issues, which we thought was due to faulty zip tape / and or mortar behind the stone that should not have been there. I was able to snake behind the stone through the gaps to show our builder just how much mortar was filling the space that should have been open to allow water to pass though (proved a code violation)- and thus started the 1.5 year journey to remove all the stone on our brand new house and have it done correctly.I also used it to tell if any armadillos were in their dens before filling them with dirt.

Used the bore scope to help with a repair of a rear liftgate on an SUV. Looked inside the hatch and discovered a loose plastic clip that was rattling, managed to reattach the clip because the pictures I took with the borescope showed how it came off, and where the clip was supposed to go. Pictures I attached show the INSIDE of the rear hatch of my SUV. They show behind the high center brake light LED assembly.First use and it paid for itself.Image is quite good, the articulating tip is very good too. It may be difficult tor turn the camera tip in very tight places but that's a compromise.The fiber scope is rigid, but bendable. It is not easy or sometimes impossible to rotate inside a cavity when the shaft has a band in it. This is when video or pictures are helpful. Then the pictures can be viewed on a computer and flipped in software.There were no instructions for removing the screw on tip and connecting the hook, magnet, or 90 degree angle viewer attachment. The standard ring unscrews from the tip, it wasn't easy to get off the first time.The case is great. Easy to put the bore scope back into it.

This is an amazing tool, and The picture clarity is extremely clear. It’s light weight and very simple to use. Why buy a $500.00 or plus scope, when you can purchase this one for just at $100.00. As a small engine technician, this is all you need. If it were to fail, think how many of these you can buy for the cost of a $600.00 plus camera. I’m not sure how long it will last, but if it goes out just buy another one. I don’t think it comes with any warranty, as I know of. As long as I can get a year or two out of without failure, I saved a lot of money and made a lot instead of paying a high cost.

Works fantastic and the videos are clear on the screen. It helped me see inside the wall to make sure I wasn't hitting anything important. What I did notice is that its annoying that eventhough it has the adjustments to look left and right with the controller it would be nice if it could also look up and down. I had to take out and adjust the camera to look inside the walls. Yes you can invert the camera but it's not the same. It's not a bad buy just it can be better or maybe im picky. The lighting is good and feel like it's a sturdy camera. It does give you the option to save your video on a Sim card and the cable to the camera seems of good quality as well. When I used it, it was plug and play easy to use nothing hard about it. Compared to what I had purchased before as a borescope, this is 10x better and recommended it.

I had a difficult plumbing problem and I wanted to see the problem before tearing apart walls and pipes to diagnose it. After looking at many different borescopes, I took a chance on DXZtoz product because of the price while still having 180 degrees of articulation. Ideally, I would get a 360 degree articulating borescope, but I can't afford it. This borescope worked perfectly and is very easy to use. I was pleasantly suprised that it came with a nice carrying case and even a 32GB microSD card already installed. The image is plenty clear and the light very bright which made it easy to see inside the pipes. As an added bonus, it can take still pictures and video, which can be reviewed on the device without the scope being attached, or you can pull the SD card out and view them on another device. Very pleased with this borescope!As a sidenote: I almost bought a 3 foot long scope, but am very glad I paid more for the 6 foot scope, it was just barely long enough for my project. If I were to buy again, I'd look for at least a 10 foot scope.

A must for me now- The articulating head works great- The light is Bright. Picture is clear and the magnetic tips were a life saver. The zoom is also very nice. The battery last and its easy to transfer images and video to your computer- The head and cable held up to a lot of fuel. Great price for the quality and function! Used it to inspect a motorcycle fuel tank before and after cleaning- Retrieved a nut stuck in the tank and inspected the baffles in the exhaust

I've wanted to get a new borescope for quite some time, but was waiting to find one that met all the requirements I had. I wanted something that had a long cable that's somewhat rigid yet still flexible, 1080P picture quality and the ability to move the camera when in position. This unit checked all those boxes and was well worth the price. I had pulled the dash on my truck to replace broken blend doors and the heater and evaporator core. While putting everything back in the truck a screw had fallen into the vents inside the dashboard and I could hear it rolling around while driving. After searching and searching, I was able easily find the screw and remove it with the magnet attachment that came with the borescope. The articulating head is a great feature and worked perfectly. The camera itself is very easy to use and the battery life is great. The only complaint I have is no matter how many times I change the date on it, the camera always changes itself to the incorrect date. Not really a big deal, but figured I'd mention that. I still would 100% recommend this borescope.

J'adore vraiment ce produit, fait très bien pour mon motorisé et endroit restreint. Sauf que j'aurais besoin des fois d'une main de plus pour manipuler le câble dans les endroits restreint.

Camera works really well, takes good pictures and I think even video. Camera manipulates easily, i'm sure it wouldn't take a lot of abuse but I'm very happy with this purchase.

Very good borescope. Adjustable camera head makes a big difference. For the price it's a 5 stars from me.
