I had a Nespresso frother for probably fifteen years, it was made of metal and it was awesome, until it wasn't. Like someone much smarter than me once said, "It is was it is until it ain't." The inside of it started flaking and it was time for a new one, but I was NOT going to pay the 'big coffee' tax for a new frother. (The price of the one I had has climbed over $100 and I'm sorry but not a hill or tariff I will die on.) So, I needed a new frother at a popular price point. This one is great. It does the job, it froths, and more importantly cleans up easily. Milk doesn't scald to the inside, and it has way more settings than I need. Does the color match my kitchen? No. Do I care? No. I saved a ton of money and feel like I am sticking it to "big coffee." Win, win.

this is awesome! it makes super hot and thick foam. i don't drink dairy milk so it took me a long time to find one that really foamed properly, Planet Oat is the best. super thick foam. can't recommend that combo enough. easy to clean, easy to use, great results. just don't fill it past the fill line or it will overflow.

Love, love, loved this. It was amazing. I looked forward to my caramel macchiato made in my own kitchen. After a little over a year, it no longer froths. Thus the four stars instead of a five star review.

Really impressed with this little frother so far! It heats and froths milk quickly, doesn’t take up much counter space, and looks sleek next to my coffee setup. I mainly use it for protein coffees and hot chocolate, and it gives a much creamier texture than my old frother. Super easy to use and clean too. Great value for the price!

After 9 months, it failed to start the frothing. The light I ordered another with the Asurian 4 yr warranty. But Googling, I found that the frother was warranted for two years by SimpleTaste. I called SimpleTaste customer service, explained what was happening. They offered to replace it or refund me. That was excellent news to me. I love this frother and had already ordered another one that has already been shipped. So I accepted their the refund. As for frothing, I didn't see much difference in froth between setting 1 and 2. Regular milk froths with less foam than skim milk and is great for lattes but is too thin for cappuccinos; skim milk produced a thick foam for cappuccinos, too thick for lattes. I prefer skim milk so this works well for my cappuccinos. For lattes, I like to use regular milk. 5/12/26 Update I received the new frother and am pleased to report that the selection 2 for lighter foam works excellently. The foam is just the right consistency for a latte. I will use selection 1 forthe cappuccinos as designed for the thicker foam.

This was the best milk frother I’ve owned until it wasn’t. All of the settings worked amazing and froth the milk as they were supposed to. Easy to clean, nice and compact. But the durability is lacking. I purchased in May 2025 (10 months ago) and it completely died on me today. I use the frother about 5 days a week, hand wash only and keep the electrical components dry. Over the weekend it started running the second you put it on the electrical source, even before I powered it on and chose a setting and would continue to run until I removed it from the power source. The cold milk frothing also stopped working at this point. I went to use it today and despite it saying it was running, the coil wouldn’t spin and the milk didn’t warm. It is fully dead. Unfortunate given the price point and how well it worked for the time I did have it. I would love to order another but don’t want to be in the same situation again in less than a year.

I chose this 1 By One digital kitchen scale after reading reviews of this and several comparable products. I prefer this older-style black LED read out - it is definitely easier to read than the newer fluorescent type LED. This scale design with an elevated platform also makes reading the LED easier. It is also at the price point I want to pay, since the 5 Kg capacity is already more than I need on a regular, day-to-day basis. On the very rare occasions that I need to weigh anything heavier I can always use my bathroom scale (stand on it first, then weigh again with product in hand). I have already tried with several items and the scale weighs correct in my opinion. Tare function works and easy to use. I also like that the readout stays on so I can add to without it auto-shut off on me. Very pleased with the purchase.
