Very good, light stretch and they lie flat

I have just started fly fishing and trying lots of different flies means you get through leader pretty quick. These came flat in a pack of six. If you loosen the 'thick' and, for me anyway, it uncoiled neatly. No problem attaching it to the main line and the 'thin' end is thinner than the one I used to use. All in all, very good

SF 7.5 ft 6X tapered leader. The good, with a gentle pull, these leader straighten out beautifully. Nice compact knot and very good good value. The bit you need to be aware of. It’s a well known fact that in the fishing industry many stated line diameters are inaccurate. These leaders are no different. The stated but diameter is 0.43 mm however it measures 0.40 mm. The business end of the leader is stated as 0.13mm however it measures 0.11. However taking the above out of the equation and knowing that, the breaking point will be closer to 2 lbs than 3 lbs, in reality they are still great value leaders for the price. If you cut off the bottom 22 ins to just above where the taper starts, (0.14/0.15 dia at this point), and tie in a tippet ring, you can add a tippet to suit. Will be ordering the 5X as you can’t complain at the price.

Tried one 4x leader. While unwinding i found that it was pinched or cut, so it snapped when i put a bit of force. I am glad it was close to the end so it didn't lose much of the length. Other than that looks solid.
