I have had 2 of these in probably a year. I gave it 5 stars because when it works it works very well. The first one lasted about a month, I got a replacement, it lasted about 6 months and quit. I don't think I'll try again

I love this ice tea maker and the the tea turns out very flavorful. Love the sliding strength feature. I would have given this 5 stars but the glass pitcher is very fragile, I feel that my ice maker shoots the ice out too quickly and may break the pitcher. Otherwise 5 stars!

I purchased this March 2026. August 2026 the Pitcher cracked. I was very happy with Wirsh when they sent me a new Pitcher. Wish customer service went above and beyond to make things right.

The tea maker is easy to use, is priced well, looks very nice on the counter, and brews a good glass of tea. Love the glass pitcher, but it is not 3 quarts. The description says that it is.

Works nicely, but do not break the glass pitcher, as it is very expensive to replace. My bottom fell out and now I am using a plastic pitcher and it works fine.
