Absolutely love this product it’s a game changer for me.When used as an iron i can honestly say it’s the best iron I’ve used - removed creases so easily and glides so easily on your clothes.Only negative i would say is the water doesn’t last very long however it’s a steamer so that’s to be expected i suppose.Really quick and easy to turn on. Its heated up and ready to use almost instantly. It sits nicely at an angle to rest between each garment.I would most certainly recommend this steamer and my other steamer does not have a patch on this.

I’ve been really impressed with this 2in1 steamer and iron. I originally bought it as a travel steamer for my partners dresses, but it’s ended up being far more useful than expected.The travel bag is a genuinely great addition — it keeps the steamer, cable, and all the attachments neatly together, which is ideal when packing for trips or just keeping things tidy at home. It comes with several different heads so it worked on delicate fabrics like dresses to thicker materials like cotton shirts (although would probably recommend ironing rather than steaming for stubborn creases).One of the best features is that it doubles as a portable travel iron. The angled bevel on the back means you can safely rest it on a flat surface without worrying about scorching tables or countertops, which is a thoughtful design touch.The water tank gives a surprisingly good amount of steam time — enough to freshen up multiple outfits without constant refilling. Combined with the long cable, it’s easy to manoeuvre whether you’re steaming clothes on a hanger or using it in iron mode. Not to mention it is very quiet when operating - hardly noticeable. So easy to use even my iron-averse partner has started steaming everything!Overall it’s compact, powerful, and cleverly designed. Perfect for travel, but also handy enough to use day‑to‑day at home as an iron replacement if a standard sized iron isn’t essential.

A great little steamer but not perfect. Its easy to use once you have read the quick use guide and it does what it says and removes creases and wrinkles from many types of clothes. It struggled a bit with cotton shirts so had to use it as an iron on the collars.Sadly the water tank just isnt big enough and so the steam doesnt last very long at all, 5 minutes at best. But it does heat up quickly so if your doing a few garments you would have to do a few refills.A little jug for refilling it should have come with it and would have helped a lot as the hole is not so big and i was using a kitchen jug which made it harder to refill. Don't refill from a tap as it will get messy, use the smallest jug you can find to refill it with.Will be great to take travelling but will use a lot of your luggage allowance but overall it is not too heavy to use for 5 minutes at a time.As i personally hate ironing and haven't owned an ironing board for 20 years this was a good option for me as most of my clothes dont usually need ironing but on occasion i have thought i could do with an iron. So this has solved that and is much more enjoyable than ironing and can use a towel under the garment to use the iron function on the floor or on the bed. Much better than messing about with a bulky ironing board.

This is a massive ‘handheld’ steamer/iron. Its great for multiple purposes including refreshing beds/sofa’s etc.Pros;- Easy to use and set up- works really well at its job- removes creases in multiple items and fabrics- long lead- quick to heat up.- can be used vertically or horizontally- durable, trusted brand- large water tank (4-5 items at once!)CONS;- horizontally its very heavy (like really heavy to use)- not massive steam output, so its more of a traditional iron- bit bulky for shirt sleeves etcoverall I would recommend it, but i think this is more of a portable iron than a steamer.Good value for money.

This is just a small iron with a long handle. It says it’s a 2 in 1 but just doesn’t work for me. It’s heavy and the length of handle makes it difficult to manoeuvre smoothly. Especially when filled with water. If you have arthritis or any pain associated with hands,wrists or shoulders then this is not for you. It’s being returned and I’m purchasing a clothes steamer that does not have a water tank in the steam head.

It’s fine. It steams clothes well, takes out creases, gets hot fast. The capacity though is abysmal. Fill it to max and you will get 2 and a half shirts done - then you have to refill it. The sleek design is good but if you’re constantly having to refill it, what’s the point?

Good powerful steamer.It heats up quickly & removes creases well.Can be used on a flat surface as well as upright which I find very useful.I like the long cord which makes it less restrictive .A little on the heavy side, so perhaps not for everyone.

I wouldn’t call it a steamer, it’s basically just a portable iron, and it's important to mention that it's heavy. As a steamer, it’s really bad. It doesn’t steam properly, because you still have to iron your clothes afterwards. So what’s the point of steaming them at all? And even as a portable iron, it’s heavy and bulky, there are much smaller and lighter options available. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money for me.
