Will this put a crease into a pair of trousers?

I think it's rather difficult to put crease on trousers using a hand held steamer. But to remove wrinkles on clothes it's excellent

I have some pretty strong creases in curtains from how they were packed, could I vertically steam them with this? Is it likely to give good results?

It depends on the material of the curtains. More thicker material is better to steam on the ironing board, thinner vertically

Yes. But steam gives better results

Is this a good travel iron?

Hi, it’s good with regards to its size and weight bet require water I order to work well and it doesn’t work properly when u don’t have water inside it and once you fill with water, it’s finished the water after 1-2 trousers pressing
