I only received white not colored

The teat is too firm for the baby he doesn't take it at all. I tried everything buying higher flow teats but didn’t work, had to go with another brand with softer skin like teat.

In the description it’s a mix color but they delivered it all white I return and ordered again the mix color but same thing they Will delivered all white I don’t know how they process the return without seeing the complaint
