**Q: The bottom rockers are not aligning with screw holes, has anyone else had this issue?**
A: Thank you for purchasing rocking chair from Grand Patio.  Per your situation, we suggest that you can try the following two steps:
1. Check whether the angle between Part C and bracket Part B is less than 90°.
2. Before installing E, please do not tighten all screws.
If you still cannot install after the above steps, please contact Grand Patio customer service at any time. We will serve you within 24 hours including the weekend.

**Q: Is this chair good for sitting criss cross on it while reading? Or do you have to lay back on it?**
A: Absolutely good for sitting criss cross, as that's one of my favorite ways to sit.

**Q: Is it comfortable? Like how does it look when someone sits in it?**
A: Yeah super comfy, just smaller than I imaged but still big in comparison to others

I really like the size and sturdiness of this cute and comfortable rocking chair. It has become my favorite place to sit, relax and unwhind from a long days work. Putting it together wasn't so bad, but having your own tools makes it a lot simpler and easier, especially on the hands. Also, the cushion could stand to be a little thicker, but it's manageable. I give it a 5 star rating, being that it is my go to place for relaxation.My hardest decision was deciding on which table and lamp to place behind it, to give off the best lighting and vibe
