I do not often leave reviews but I have to say that I swear by these vitamins. I have always had baby thin hair but a lot of it until menopause. Everytime I would wash my hair tons of hair would end up on my shower floor. I started panicking believing that I was going to go bald. So I decided to try Nutrifol and even though it did work, it was killing my wallet. After researching other alternatives, I came across these vitamins. They have many of the same ingredients Nutrifol has but way cheaper. My hair is growing fast and I no longer experience hairloss. It has also made my skin look better and it has even helped with bone stiffness. I swear by these vitamins and I am constantly recommending them to friends. My hair is still baby thin and it will always be but I no longer see any bald spots and its amazing how many baby hairs I constantly see. My hair has volume and unless you touch it, you would never know that my hair is baby thin. It remind me of how nice my hair would get during pregnancy. I love these vitamins and I take them everyday. I think a lot of the people that say that they do not work, do not take them daily. I have been taking them for two years now and I have no complaints whatever.

This is a good product. This my second bottle because it works. I am not losing my hair as I was.

I've been taking these supplements off and on for about 3 years and can attest to it helping the state of my nails. I was always awful about remembering to take them - gotta love the ADHD! So over this past year at the age of 38, I have had to take medication due to a pretty devastating diagnosis, but hey, now I could remember to take my supplements! My nails were always paper thin and tore so easily; I've always been a picker and nail biter. They are very noticeably thicker and stronger while still flexible and durable. And that's considering the fact that I went through some incredibly rough times with chemotherapy this year. Yeah, I lost my hair and everything, but as it's been growing back and along with my nails, they're definitely coming in better and stronger than ever! I don't know that they make hair and nails grow faster, but it definitely does work to make them stronger. Oh, btw, I recommend only taking 2 instead of 3 (the suggested dose) to make it stretch half again as far (45 days instead of 30); as far as I can tell it works just as well and it's more affordable this way!

I’m giving this 4 stars because I don’t recommend taking the full serving size of 3 capsules. I took the recommended dose for about two weeks and broke out, which I’m certain was from this supplement. Biotin can cause breakouts for some people unless balanced with B12. The following week, I cut down to just 1 capsule a day and the breakouts stopped. As for results, my ponytail feels a bit thicker and my nails seem less brittle. Hopefully, the lower dose keeps working well.

I'm 45 and not menopausal yet, but my hair was definitely thinning. I was starting to panic. I am pretty healthy, don't color or blow dry my hair, so the last 2 years of constant heavy shedding was not malnutrition or damage. You can't see bald patches on my head, but my braid is noticeably small, vs my past beautiful thick hair. Very worrying... Been taking these pills for almost a month now and, while not a dramatic turn around, I have noticed that now I can pull a hair tie out of my hair without lots of strands coming out with it every time. I'm still losing a lot in the shower, but not as much. Yay, I am happy. The pill are easy to take after a meal; they don't upset my stomach. I will stick with them and hope for more improvement.

My hair is thinning really bad. So i wanted to find a solution. I was very hopeful after I searched around and thought I picked the best hair supplement.I took this for 3 months (UPDATE 4 months after checking). After the first month I noticed my face started to get these little barely there bumps around my face and jaw line. They weren't pimples just bumps that wouldn't go away. I noticed my face was extremely oily all the time even washing twice a day. My face also would get built up oil where I would rub my finger across it and it would roll up like my skin was peeling but I think it was mostly oil. I thought I saw a little baby hairs coming in so I thought I'd stick it out and take it some more. I took it for 3 months religiosity and my skin never got any better. Plus I didn't see any regrowth. My hair was super oily as well. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it has a ton of really great vitamins in it. I think because it has so much collagen in it was the reason for my skin and hair issues. I switched to Routine and it took a full month for my skin and hair to return to normal. Plus on Routine I saw way more regrowth. I wouldn't recommend this to my friends or family. You may do good with it but it just didn't work out for me. UPDATE: They contacted me and refunded me for all 4 orders. I thought I took it for 3 months but I was wrong I took it for 4 months after looking. I thought about changing my review but I decided it was best to leave it if it could help someone. I hope this vitamin works for you. It's not a bad vitamin per say, it just didn't work for me. Maybe taking it less than the recommended amount of 3 times a day would have fixed my skin and hair issues. Hard to tell now and I don't want to test it. I'm now on Minoxidil from my dermatologist. That only costs me $4 on my insurance and my bald spots have filled in after 6 weeks. I would suggest Minoxidil for anyone fighting hair loss from weight loss.
