An accurate and compact laser sight specifically for certain 3rd generation, large frame Glock pistols. A major benefit of the grip-mounted laser is that it usually allows the continued use of existing holsters without modification. Because the sight mount is molded exactly to conform to the 3rd gen frames, it is securely held in place by a replacement trigger pin, metal replacing the factory plastic trigger pin. Installation takes just minutes, but read the directions carefully. There are TWO included trigger pins, some fit one version of the pistol-sight combinations, the other pin is used for a different combo. DO NOT FORCE THE FIRST PIN, IF IT DOESN'T FIT, USE THE SECOND PIN. The sight is easily adjusted by minute modifications to laser mounting, using the included small Allen keys.

This is not my first Crimson Trace Laser I have purchased many over the years. All of them that I have purchased are still functioning properly and I still rely on them everyday. This model is for my Glock 31 Gen 3 in 357 sig. At some time Crimson Trace for some reason seems to have changed the material on the body from a high density rubber type material to a hard plastic that is somewhat rubbery to the touch. Perhaps it is just this model I am uncertain. You may not have the same experience with the one you recieve as I did...but here is my unusual experience. During the installation process where you replace the trigger pin through the grip into the plastic on the right side was a challenge because the product's plastic body was so rigid. I have installed a lot of these and in most cases they are not too difficult to install but even with a drawer full of Glock tools and variety of Glock punches this plastic one was a booger to install without damaging the right side plastic hole. I am not trying to make this a big deal but for novices you MAY need to use patience and be prepared to have a nice punch and or another pair of hands to manipulate the plastic while you advance the new trigger pin.The adjustments to zero was simple. Patience and carefully adjusting at multiple self defense ranges repeatedly until I was confident with how it performed (unloaded) when I tested in live fire this laser was absolutly spot on. The Green Laser seemed not as bright as I expected but it is fantastic in sketchy darkness or foggy/rain conditions making your primary sight hard to see it is excellent. This Laser should never replace your primary sights but in certain conditions this can be a lifesaver. I now hands down perfer the Green over the Red laser now. All my installation grumbling and whining in this review I still give this product 5 stars. I rarely write reviews but this product and the roll it plays in many peoples lives I thought it was worth it. I am buying a 2nd (this model) one today, I ordered mine 12 days ago tested it thoroughly and I am ordering another one for my Son. Amazon was flawless and delivered as promised. Amazon & Crimson Trace - Glock Gen 3 full frame Green Laser - Just Rocks.Update: Today is 7/27/2018.Crimson Trace Green Laser grip for Glock Gen3 is still working great no problems whatsoever.G31 and this Crimson Trace Green Laser has been my non stop primary daily carry.I still recommend both the full size G31 Gen3 with the Crimson Trace with the Green Laser.I favor the green laser as my favorite laser, but still use my other pistols sporting the Crimson Trace Red laser grips.

Christmas present to myself.As I said in the headline, great for order eyes. Faster on target and for engaging multiple targets. I have not used it beyond 10 yards so far due to the snow drifts. That will have to wait for better weather. It will light up a target clearly at 75 yards.Only issue I see is battery life, 2 hours. A 10 pack is already orders.I will follow up once I get 1-2 Hundred rounds my model 45.

This is a great product. Fits my pistol perfectly. Everything is included to install it, and installation is easy. I'm far-sighted, so this is a real help when acquiring a target, up to 50 ft., as advertised. I'm very happy with this Laser grip. 5 stars.

Crimson Trace Company was sold, Now they will not honor life time warranty on any of there products. Buyer BEWARE !!! Grip switch broke, CTC refuses to accept item for warranty or repair under product advertised warranty...

I really like the addition of a laser to my Glock 17, Gen 4. With my left eye good for distance, and right eye good for close up, it makes for a blurry sight picture. The laser is vastly better for my needs. Installation instructions were a little vauge in regard to proper placement of 2 shims, lower shim lacked any adhesive, so it fell out several times when I tried to slide the laser grip in place over the back of the pistol grip. Glock provided two different replacement pins for securing the laser to the grip, but did not explain which one you should try first. And in the case of the pin that had both ends reduced in diameter, did not explain which end should be inserted first. Also I was disappointed to see that the batteries, switches and electronics were not provided with any waterproofing. I expect the laser will quickly stop functioning if it is ever used in the rain or other wet conditions. I rated this product high in value for your money because it has been discontinued on the CT website and is on sale for only $162. I'm expect they will soon come out with a better/more expensive model, but for now this on is adequate for my needs.

I really liked my crimson trace Lasergrips at first. they were super bright and didn't add much to the thickness of the grips. The stock adjustments from the factory were were spot on.Unfortunately, a little over a year in, I had to change out the batteries and they haven't been the same ever since. I went online to confirm the type of batteries I needed. The recommended type, 2032, was different then what was in my laser grips. I purchased both 2032 and the stock 2016s that came with it. No matter which type I used the laser is VERY dim. I tried multiple brands and sets of batteries but none of them fixed the problem. I have reached out to Crimson Trace multiple times and have never even gotten a response, other than an automated e-mail requesting order/product details, which I have submitted twice.
