A solid machine at a reasonable price.
A solid machine at a reasonable price.Had the machine for over 9 months now and it had performed as expected in a busy household. The add feature has never been used and is a bit of a gimmick really. Wish I’d have opted for the version without this as it’s the perfect play thing for toddlers. It does get locked when the child lock is activated. This is not the machine’s fault; it’s mine for selecting the wrong version. The drum is easy to clean and the seal hasn’t even come close to getting manky. Clothes always come out as clean as expected. Very silent operation (if not overloaded). Can’t complain at all and was a very reasonable price at time of purchase. We got this to replace a 5 year old Bosch machine which was very disappointing.

A great machine
Amazing machine: programmes easy to use and alter. Add in wash is a game changer as is the auto dosing. Even my children can use it which out any issues. Deffo worth the extra cash. It’s surprisingly quiet too

Brilliant machine
I reviewed many machines/offers/suppliers/warranties and this machine was at the top. This is the best, easiest, and quiet machine I’ve ever had, lovely clean clothes, there’s no gimmick in having a self dose and add washing! Thought the wifi would be another gimmick but you know what it’s really very useful, info pops up about your wash on your phone/tv or Alexa (if you want it to) It also has a super 59 minute wash. Amazon came out on top against all other competitors even through TopCashback.

Don't buy from Amazon
The washing machine is fantastic, very quiet, quick but Samsung were let down by Amazon badly, I added the removal, install etc from Amazon but I found out after the machine was delivered Amazon only do this service in certain areas mine not being one of them which is very unhelpful when you live by yourself I only ordered the machine before I wanted a Samsung washing machine as I needed to replace it and had a Samsung before, Amazon customer services were atrocious, very unhelpful to the extent I will now only buy ebooks from Amazon.

I love this washing machine.
The "auto fill" is really cool. No fussing with putting in the right amount. Also the add item has come in handy. It also communicates with our tumble dryer to optimise drying. 👍👍
