(I'm writing this review with my phone, so I originally couldn't take a photo of it in the grip, but I found a way to show it using another camera!😁)After purchasing a tripod, I knew I needed a grip for my phone or another device, so this was the first choice I made.I really enjoy how it's very sturdy and it doesn't rotate very easily, which means it's going to stay fixed firmly in any position, should you twist it one way or the other.(You can of course rotate it so your device is vertical as well, which makes reading playlists and webpages easier.)This helps a lot, but my only minor "meh" is that [combining this with a small tripod I purchased earlier (shown)] I sometimes use it as a phone stand, which means frequently rotating the phone or picking it up to make changes in other apps.The versatility allows me to work hands-free while taking a call or listening to YouTube videos while I work.I don't use a remote control with it, but I did experiment with a tiny bluetooth game controller I'd previously tested, and it works very well! (Generic or 8BitDo, either is fine.ItNote: it didn't come with a remote control.Worth every cent! Would recommend!

High quality solid construction. Should last a long time.

Sturdy, well damped but still adjustable, and it will last for pretty much forever. They didn’t skimp on construction materials. Big recommend.

I've used this phone mount for the little cubby in my CT200h. Works great. All metal so it won't break. Holds the phone and can be tilted, spins, or angled in any direction I want. Super easy to adjust as well.My only gripe with it is I wish it would have a larger opening width. Maybe by at least another .5 inches would be nice since phones are ONLY getting larger/wider. I can see this phone mount not being able to hold a phone with a larger case on it as we keep going through new phone iterations...etc.I'll upload pictures with how it looks in the car.What's funny is the plastic version of this mount by Ulanzi actually opens up wider which and is cheaper in cost. But, after reading multiple people's reviews on the plastic version, it does not last at all and breaks. You'd think they would easily be able to make this one open wider...

I’ve already given a review of the Ulanzi mini tripod that I’m using this mount for. Overall, this camera holder mounted onto my Ulanzi mini tripod fits perfectly. It was easy to mount and an excellent value for the money. Overall it is versatile, since you can mount essentially any phone to it.
