Both two different kinds...
I bought both 2 Serotonin and 2 of the Dopamine brain food supplements. They work for me some of the time. Dopamine only gives me a boost if I take it as needed, only one .. maybe 3 times a week. I tried taking it daily and it stopped working. Certain days nothing, other days it gave me a boost. It seemed better when it was intermittent. Serotonin I only take at night, it may be calming for sleep. Pricy. Still not sure how I feel about them.

If you are looking for a Quilty supplement this stuff works to control mood swings. I highly recommend it.

Works better than just plain L-Tryptophan by itself
Works way better than just plain L-Tryptophan by itself. My body like it more and it outperforms L-Tryptophan, even though this product is mainly L-Tryptophan. I do not know if it is the added ingredients or a better form of L-Tryptophan

Put Me to Sleep!
This put me to sleep, which definitely didn’t help my mood as I couldn’t function, and I only took 2 of the 3 capsules. It might be good for bedtime, though.
