Review: It's time to move on from Harbor Freight - I've been getting by with mechanical Harbor Freight torque wrenches and their electronic torque meter. The latter is okay, but often won't fit where I need it. And it's range of measurement is pretty high and I don't trust it under 10 ft-lbs. The former is a pitiful joke compared to this torque wrench. I got the 1/4 inch size in the mail today and put it to use torquing down the 15 bolts on a 20 year old BMW plastic cylinder head cover to 10 Nm. I don't know, nor care, what a Nm is, I just set it and went to work. I can't overstate how happy I am to have a tool that could prevent breaking some brittle plastic piece on my car. It effing rocked! This is a fine piece of machinery. The instructions are technically pretty good, but there's a video review here that'll tell you what you need to know in 5 minutes.
