32 Inch 720p HD LED HDR TV W830K Series with Google TV and Google Assistant-2022 Model, Black

I bought a used (Amazon renewed) tv. Described as like new with damage to the carton. That was 100% accurate. The picture is terrific for this size class - 32 inch. I replaced a Samsung set with a higher native resolution and despite the Sony having a lower panel resolution the picture is better. More natural color, more appealing contrast (dark scenes still have detail) and bright areas aren't blown out. I'm very satisfied with my purchase of this TV. The audio is also decent for a set this size and considerably louder than my old set. The one thing that I needed to do was perform a factory reset to delete the previous owners account and network settings, then allow the set to download current firmware and app updates. It does this automatically in the background but there is an option to force it to update immediately. With a new or used set, do this as soon as you set up the tv and you'll benefit from bug fixes and feature updates. The built in tuner is also sensitive pulling in almost 100 digital broadcast channels in the NY viewing area.

It's a really nice tv. The picture is very clear and it runs smoothly. I've got no complaints, set up was fast and easy. My old tv would power off, by design, when paused for too long. I hated that function, it was not controllable by the settings, however this tv is perfect. It only goes to the screen saver when paused and I don't mind that.The remote is pretty large. Not necessarily a con but an observation. The user interface is pleasant. It does a good job customizing suggestions for entertainment. And you can customize the app line up. Overall I would purchase again.

Been a great television for my father. The Sony brand costs a bit more, but the quality of the picture has been fantastic for over a year. The sound is perfectly fine without needing a sound bar. Colors are terrific and my aging father watches this TV every day. He's happy, I'm happy.

We have always purchased Sony Bravia, as it seems to be the best quality from all the rest (we still use one we purchased back in 2008!). This smaller guy has excellent screen quality. It was the perfect Christmas present for our son to place in his bedroom.

Will NEVER buy another Sony product!! Received this TV expecting a "WOW" due to Sony's reputation. When it arrived, everything was ok. When I changed channels on the cable box (Verizon Fios) the audio/video was out of sync. Had to turn TV off and on again. Changed channels again ang got the same results. Called customer svc. and was switched to a level 2 tech. He checked a few options and said,"our built-in apps (you tube, etc) are working ok, it's your cable box's problem. I totally disagreed and argued with him.(Edward). Called Amazon cust.svc. and was told to send the TV back and they'll send a new one. Great!! Got the new one, set it up and lo and behold!! Exact same problem! Called Sony cust. svc. again and was sent as far as a level 4 tech. He did the exact same proceedures and came to the exact same conclusion but this time I had them. I hooked up the first set to my living room cable box where my LG oled is hooked up to and got the same audio/video lag problems! Told the level 4 tech that it's probably the HDMI ports that are attached to the mother board. He had me take a 5 second video on my phone and send it to them so they can send it up to a level 5 engineer and get back to me. 3 days and no return call. By the way, I asked each service rep at each level if Sony would refund my money. " Sony does not refund any money"!! My advice: Beware of Sony and their service reps. They'll say that everything BUT the Sony TV is causing the problem.

Good tv, little slow to load but the price and quality is great

Love that small Sony 32” TV! The audio is amazing; with bass and treble in the moderate range. I could feel a bit of bass vibration on my couch. The screen panel is still a LCD technology with LED for backlight. We know that LCD is obsolete now, but I am lucky to have this one because it allows me to adjust the backlight brightness without comprising the picture quality. On a scale of 1 to 10, the picture looks excellent at 9.75.

At first I cancelled after worrying that it would be troublesome.But arrived well in box ,the bottom of styrofoam has all peripherals.If you read and follow directions ,take it slow,all the parts fall in place,every hole has a purpose,As a senior I was able to do it with out any problems.the screen gives directions for steps to hook up,hdmi,power and my dvd hook up.very nice clear color,merged with cable seamlessly,included remote skinny thin no backlight but using with my cable remote without problem,I skipped google registration,but all apps worked,I might not even need my apple 4kdevice,disney,prime,netflix on remote buttons, so far working well,I will update as time passes,I am so happy,I might order again for other room.

The best in 32 inch TV. Its worth to pay more for this TV. Awesome picture and sound quality. High volume with best quality.

I use it for my computer and for watching free digital HD over-the-air TV broadcasts. Some TVs have no TV tuner and seem geared for Pay TV. This TV can do that as well as free over-the-air TV with a decent antenna, my antenna is on the roof. I'm currently getting 37 channels and sub-channels as a consequence. I'm in Montreal Canada and I get Burlington Vermont U.S., 75 miles away. This TV will save you money if you don't like Pay TV like me. It can also be wall mounted. It has all the bells and whistles and Google apps. It has surround sound which is very good for this 32-inch size. You can connect to the Internet by ethernet cable or by WiFi. It's exactly what I expected being a Sony TV and worth every penny.

Great price for a solid performer, just give Google TV a half minute or so on initial start and it runs the software perfectly. Very nice picture quality and good all round, perfectly happy with it!
