We are unexpected happy with this item, as there were mixed reviews. It really does keep baby cool in the car seat, great for heat and humidity. It does greatly add to the car seat padding, so you may need to adjust and this may work better for smaller babies relative to the car seat size, but for stroller it definitely great. Cooling works, but our car's USB port wasn't reliably running the fans, so we had to use an external 20mAh power bank which could put out the requisite power and then also makes the unit portable. Just make sure you supply the right power. No more completely wet back and head for our baby!

So happy with this purchase! I was a little weary since there weren’t a ton of reviews, but I’m so glad we bought it! We live in south Florida and spend a lot of time outside and at Disney. On 90 degree days, we go on walks and our baby’s back is still cool when we unload the stroller. It definitely has to be turned up all the way to really, really work, but it works great so that’s all that matters!

Would be a great product if it works with a power bank. Unfortunately it immediately turns off, even though it’s the specified 5v. Cord on the mat is even too short to plug into a USB cigarette lighter in the front of the car. The concept is great, we live in Florida so I was thrilled when I came across this. Unfortunately the execution of said product fails.

Didn't work that well for my daughter. She still gets hot and the fans are right under her legs so she didn't like that either.

Did not fit my stroller and it’s super bulky but it did give a little cooling power

Performs as expected keeps my infant cool in his car seat, stroller and various other seats. The only complaint is the fan location makes the seat insert heavy and tends to slide down if not secured. Overall great value for the money, may need to purchase a second one for my toddler.

I often drive across country with my toddler when visiting family. It’s not uncommon for her to be uncomfortably hot even with her own air conditioning in the back. This helped tremendously keep her comfortable and no sweaty back when we stopped to stretch legs and do diaper changes. It also works great in our stroller and wagon with a power bank.

The car seat pad has been good so far (have been using it for about a month). We live in central Texas and have a Doona (my baby runs hot and has a sweaty back even if the temperatures are cooler). Currently temperatures are in the 90s and baby hasn’t been drenched in sweat like normal. I’d recommend getting the car seat cooler pad if you are looking for a solution for a hot car seat/baby with sweaty back. Used the power block with recommended wattage.
