Great compression, I followed the sizing guide and they fit perfectly.

Even though I measure my calf with and chose according to size it was extremely tight it digged into my leg. I liked the fact it's open toe and that makes a difference from others but I would not wear these for a whole work day.

Opened-towed freedom thanks my feet and I can go back to wearing flip flops and sandals. Great fit. Great feel. Skinny legs. All day delight.

I was diagnosed with lymphedema in my left leg due to a lymph node excision. I have tried more than a dozen brands of medical and athletic grade socks, and these Doc Miller socks are the best. They are firm but comfortable enough that I choose to wear them on my right leg too. Their look is stylish enough to not appear out of place amongst the other athletic sleeves and socks at the gym. I wish their were more masculine color and pattern options, but overall, Doc Miller cannot be beat.
