Does this work for Revaree suppositories that are 1/2" diameter?

Only if you put the pointed end into the applicator, then very slowly insert it while attempting to NOT knock it out of the applicator. The Reveree is really too big to use this applicator easily. That being said, I do use it because I can not find an applicator large enough to hold the 1/2 inch diameter suppository. Very frustrating.

Can these be used with creams?

We don't recommend use this for cream. These are for suppositories.

Will this work for Endometrin vaginal insert (which is sort of flat, like an oblong disc, rather than round like a suppository)?

I don’t think so. The barrel is round.
