Plus, vitamins and minerals are always taken from our regular meals. The safe way to take vitamin and mineral is to take less than RDA max with this regard. The product each amount is mostly less than daily RDA. Means you can easily control the doses. 2nd of all, it is including vitamin K, which is expensive ingredient. Good multi vitamin always has vitamin K. In the meantime each serving includes only 50% of RDA of vitamin E which is cheap and mostly taken from meals. If Vitamin E is overdosed, it could cause the harm to the liver. But can find many multivitamins which has too much vitamin E, and no vitamin K. I like this product by above mentioned reasons.
