Super Gloss Color Conditioning Gloss – Honey Blonde for Medium to Dark Blonde Hair – Rinse Out Semi-Permanent Hair Gloss that Enhances Color and Boosts Shine & Hydration

This worked exactly as I was hoping. I get regular highlights and for some reason after my most recent visit (same stylist for 4 years) my highlights looked less than stellar, very very light in contrast to my base (medium warm blond) and a little yellow. Which also accentuated some not great alignment in the highlights. It was way more obvious to me after getting home and doing a wash and style myself. Unfortunately it was also a Friday and I did not have time to get back in to my stylist for a fix ahead of a work trip the following week. I first tried a long sit using Davine's purple conditioner which I've never really had great results with previously but had a tub so figured why not? No dice. I then started looking at toner options (thinking back on the service I think we missed this step after the color which would explain the yellow ultra bright highlighs versus my regular neutral light blond strands). I looked through lots of products and reviews and found a review for another product (Hue) that mentioned Glaze as giving better results without any of the brassiness some people experienced with the other brand. I was even more surprised when they said Honey Blonde gave them great results - I would have avoided it thinking it would end up giving me a gold vibe which with the yellow highlights I did not want. Much to my surprise this worked perfectly! I applied it to a test strip of my hair first, just to make sure at worst it didn't turn my hair orange or even more yellow. The test strip looked like pretty good results, no orange, and from the small sample it looked like it slightly darkened and toned down the highlight without any weird impact to my base color. I then applied the product all over on dry hair and let it sit for 10 minutes and rinsed. It did exactly as I hoped...even better. I somehow ended up with this beautiful medium nuetral blonde with subtle highlights that blends together perfectly. I'm really so astonished and happy with this product. One caveat is this was one application and I haven't washed yet. So fingers crossed it stays for a few washes. Great product!!

After giving myself some VERY brassy highlights and not having much luck using purple shampoo, I gave this a try. I'm SO glad I did because not only did it make my hair shiny and super soft, it blended out my color and softened the brassiness, creating lovely color. I know many other folks have said this, but y'all need to update the bottle to a squeeze bottle because the product is very difficult to get out.

Absolutely do not recommend this. I bought the “Beach Blonde” color, only wanting to refresh my already blonde hair and give it a little boost of color and shine. Instead, I was left with red hair. While it was easy enough to put on, it was annoyingly difficult to get out of the bottle. The mix was darker than I anticipated once I got it out, but I was fine with a darker shade of blonde. The shine and softness are what you’d expect from a product of this price. However, I was NOT okay with ending up with red hair. I messaged the company with photos and their response was “hi there, we're so sorry to hear you didn't love your results. Unfortunately as mentioned on our site, Super Gloss is designed to enhance your shade, not for a total transformation and using it on blonde, bleached or more porous hair risks staining. Luckily, you will find that the color should fade after 10 washes. To speed up the process, you can use a clarifying or detoxifying shampoo.” I replied and explained that I was only wanting to refresh my blonde, hence getting “Beach Blonde”, not a “total transformation” like they suggested. I never once said I wanted a total transformation. Further responses from the company said Glaze is not compatible with blonde hair and only instructed me to use a clarifying shampoo to get it out quicker. Misleading product, lousy customer service.

Based on the quiz results, I selected Beach Blonde, which is described as "adds warm, golden tones to light or medium blonde hair." You can see by the before picture that my hair color closely matched the photo of Beach Blonde. However, instead of the "after" warm, golden tones, I got dark strawberry blonde, with lots of red. The product was exceptionally difficult to get out of the hard plastic, unsqueezable bottle. It is very thick, so it is not coming out of the small spout. I had to take the top off and bang it out into a small bowl. It should be in tube, instead of a bottle. I can't really say my hair is shinier or softer. The darker shade looks dull compared to my "before." I'm hoping that as it fades out that my hair is not permanently stained.

HONEY BLONDE Honestly this saved the color of my hair, i accidentally bleached my hair too light then but a box dye over it. It was sooo soo ashy, grey and greenish. It was horrible on my complexion. I clarified my hair twice and added this to sit for about 5-10 mins in the shower both times. Added subtle warmth and I’m happy with it right now but a little drying.

Does exactly what it says. Amazing shine and lightly tinted hair. Love it!

I wanted to enhance the tone of my hair a little and bring out the golden tones in my hair and it's done a great job of doing that. I have dark blonde to light brown hair virgin hair (well virgin before using this) and it's doing a great job of enhancing my natural color without being damaging or being a complicated highlighting routine. It is a very sheer color so it does a great job of building dimensionality. It builds nicely which is great and doesn't seem to wash out too quickly. I'm using it maybe once or twice a month, I have curly hair and wash my hair once a week, and it last for a long time plus I'm getting a subtle ombre effect as it grows. It also does a great job of moisturizing my hair.

After watching half a dozen youtube videos of average appearing women demonstrating use and results I was convinced this product would be a plus for my blonde highlighted hair. The final color after applying and drying was an alteration of my color going into the process. The color was slightly yellow/orange tint; not so much anyone would really react but it was darker than mine and in the sun my friend could detect the colors of oranginess; I did not feel it resulted in any additional shine or softness as others crowed about on the videos I watched. I got the step down from the lightest SHINE color offered; maybe if I had gone with the lightest. My blonde hair is not white blonde or close to it btw. Won't use again. I would go with clear if any at all. The color did wash out as I began washing daily to do so. I usually wash only twice a week but was ready to strip my hair as soon as possible from the color.

Honey Blonde.... love her. I leave on for about 25 minutes on my medium blonde colored hair and absolutely love the color result. As for the gloss, leaves a noticeable difference.
