hello, one of the 15 pcs is the lid for the funnel, right? so, the funnel and rotary switch are one piece, correct?

Yes that's correct. The valve is incorporated in the funnel. There are actually more pieces than that if you add the rubber waters that come packed together and have to be added to the connectors. This actually worked very well for me on my 1998 Ford Ranger coolant flush and refill.
