But Water level can not be seen from outside hence it is difficult to judge when water level is below minimum. It needs to be calibrated with respect to time so as to take care of water level. This steam inhaler is of very poor quality. It stopped working in less than 6 months, despite being used fewer than 10 times. The unit overheated, produced a burning smell, and raised serious safety concerns. This is actually the second time I have purchased this product. The first one lasted about a year, so I initially thought the failure was an isolated case. However, after experiencing the same issue again, it is clear that the product has serious quality and durability problems. I do not recommend this product. The overheating and burning smell are especially concerning, as they pose a potential safety risk. The manufacturer should seriously improve the quality and safety standards of this item.

Product doesn't seem well. Plastic quality is not that durable. It also releases plastic smell too even after couples of uses. Water refill barely lasts for few minutes. Can't recommend.

Great product reasonable price

I ordered in Jan25 .I am using 2 times daily. The flow of stream is very good . The body is solid n very handy to use . Due to double layer one can hold it in hands while using to manuover the flow comfortably. I ordered again for my friend. Good Product.

I dont know what to do keep or return It has sufficient vapour steam but The water inside turns brown kind stuff i dont know what is it But with this price what can i expect though it has a year warranty thats good

Dont buy it please. It looking good but its not working. There is no steam. I lost my money.

Good luck closing the steamer, and I am pretty sure every-time you use it burns from the inside cause there is always a weird smell that comes from it.

Not good at all. Steam inhaler release rust in water & water become brown. Also plastic smell in steam.

At first use, there was a heavy stain, the water became darkish yellow, i cleaned it and use again and same think happened, might inhaled toxic chemicals already, must sue this company!
