Great quality and value
This is definitely one of the better lower sodium options out there as far as soy sauce goes. I use it in store fries, in ramen, as a marinade, and on sushiโbasically everything. This tastes just as good, if not better, than regular soy sauce and at a great price compared to others. The hard part is finding it in stock on here, especially recently th things going on in the world. But I'd definitely recommend trying it if you're looking for a low-sodium soy sauce, and it's in stock.

Best low sodium soy!
The best low sodium soy sauce out there! The flavor is excellent compared to most. The bottle and nozzle are great, no leaking, and doesnโt come out too fast.

Watery flavor but pretty good!
A bit watery but has pretty good flavor considering it is SO low in salt.

Low sodium soy sauce
Finding 3 companies as lowest sodium, this one is is an easy to find and buy. Your normal can say not as salty they taste but still works out nicely vs mine is smooth and still little taste salt feels low sodium. Low sodium recipes can still be higher some, "no salt added" some medical way need yourself fully then may replace not to use only these fyi

Wonderful for Lower Sodium Option
I found it very difficult to find a lower sodium soy sauce option. When I came across this, I decided to try it. It's a very good product. Yes, you can tell it is lower in sodium, but it still lends the flavor you need, you just have to get a little used to it. It's like a watered down soy sauce. It's best used in a recipe that calls for a more significant quantity, so you're not dumping salt into your food. If you're using a little squirt on your Chinese food or whatnot, it might not yield enough flavor for that. It's a cooking soy sauce in my opinion. And an excellent option for cooking when you need less sodium. Also, the bottle dispenses the liquid very nicely, which is a bonus.

This spice is it's a good flavor but it's a very light flavor.

My go to soy sauce
I don't know how they manage to reduce the sodium, but it's easy to cook with as there is almost no risk of making it too salty. This allows you to make the soy sauce flavor as strong as you wish. From time to time I pick a different brand from asian markets to test, thinking I might be missing something... but I end up coming back to this.

Well worth the higher price
With a sodium content of only 25% that of the leading brand, and a taste that is arguably just as good, why would anyone buy any other brand? Two and half tablespoons of the leading brand of soy sauce will put you over the recommended daily allowance of sodium - just in case you were wondering... And true low sodium soy sauce is very hard to come by - the leading brand's "less sodium" soy sauce has twice the sodium content of Best of Thailand. Yes, it is expensive - nearly three times the cost of regular soy sauce. But even at the higher price point, it's still not a lot of money, and the soy sauce will keep indefinitely on your shelf. For me, it's worth it.
