Fantastic!
Love this thing! Someone else recommended this for shredding cheese. I haven't had a reason to shred cheese since I got this, but my 6yr old was eager to see it in action & wanted pieces of cheese for a snack so we set it up. The slices did get get caught in the drum & I had to gently pull them out but that wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal was how quickly & easily the cheese got sliced! I have no doubt it will shred just as well as it slices. I told my adult son that I was going to pack our handheld cheese grater away because I can't imagine ever going back to that thing. My only concern with this is that while the suction has kept it in place while I'm using it, it releases itself if I do anything else for no real reason I can figure out, so I'm a little concerned that the suction will eventually not hold. For now it's working. Other than that, it go
