hello the tire pressure is listed on the side panel of the driver door and also can be found in the vehicle manual, the tire will only give you a max psi under load which you should never be at in a normal passenger vehicle

I don't understand your question, depending on the size all 4 can be rotated front back left right, but if they are staggered (one set bigger then the other) like the set I got they can't be rotated .. only aligned and balanced there are front and back pairs 275 be front only 315 is rear only
