I was sent a used product that someone had returned without bothering to remove their hair from the brush, should've read the reviews first cause clearly I'm not the only person that's had this issue & when I tried to request a refund it only offered technical support to solve the issue

The knot dr is so easy to use and it really does leave my hair shiny and smooth. I haven’t gone back to my old style blow dryer since my first use of the Knot Dr.
