This ring is helping me a lot, especially during work when I'm antsy. The gold is beautiful, and it fits my pointer finger perfectly. The size seems to run exactly right. I'm hoping it doesn't wear down fast, i get that over time it may wear down. But as of right now this ring is a life saver. After almost 4 months it still spins wonderfully and isn't discolored. I recommend taking it off during dishes or showers. It spins beautifully! I've gotten 4 of these rings total and they all work very well and haven't worn down at all.

I absolutely love this ring! The only downfall is they run small. The size i bought is the size i wear on the finger i wanted it for and it was definitely small. I would suggest sizing up. The quality is durable. The feel is smooth and definitely helps worth stress and anxiety. It helps me more then I thought it would. I play with it all the time.

It's a fairly pretty ring. But it doesn't spin all that great. Keeping it since it's better than nothing I guess.
