Looked at many hippos before picking this little guy. He's very well made, with quality materials, perfect design, and realistic details. I especially like the skin folds on his body, and the grooves in his feet. Very nice touch. Would have liked him in a bigger size. He is not weighted. Soft to touch, but sturdy. Wow that was fast and the hippo is perfect and big then what I was expecting, totally would get it again if I needed another one, if you want to get a stuffed hippo for ANYTHING get this one perfect.
