I figured I’d leave a review after using this product for over 3 years now. I hate when ppl leave a review after using stuff for one day or a week. But I must say this product has become my holy grail, my routine, my go to and I die by it. This is the only product I must say, that has healed my skin over the years after suffering from acne for YEARSSSSS! I will upload some pictures. I have tried any and everything, and I’m kind of glad it’s a hidden gem. I use the product every night before I go to bed, after my toner, and before a moisturizer. That’s it. Nothing else. After consistently using this product, I noticed my face was calmer, especially from redness. The effectiveness is top tier. I actually feel so much better going outside with no makeup after all these years. If you’re indecisive about buying it, here’s your answer.

It seems that alot of people expect this product to work miracles. It doesn't, but it works; but it works over time. It makes my skin look and feel really good; soft and smooth.I find my self touching my face alot more and starring @ it too and I genuinely feel good about it. It does not cause me any breakouts and I do use it with a moisturizer which I do believe is important. I have used it for about two weeks, sometimes twice daily, sometimes once, sometimes not at all because I am busy and I noticed a difference in less than that time. I still do have spots and hiperpigmentation, but my skin tone seems to be evening out slowly. On and around my chin and mouth where the hiperpigmentation is, used to feel so rough and gross, now it doesn't. I think that as long as it doesn't break you out then you should continue using it because things take time. Smh I do consider my skin to be sensitive and acne prone, almost everything used to cause me breakouts and hives but not this. I think diet plays a huge role in keeping your skin free of pimples or almost free of pimples so keep that in mind as well.

It's only been 3 days, but I can already see a difference! I suffer from hyperpigmentation and dry skin from years of not taking care of my skin. At age 51, I just decided to try to do something about it. 2 wks ago, I had my first chemical peel, but sadly, my face was so dry that as soon as it was applied, the dermatologist had to neutralize it. She commented about how dry my skin was, and said I needed a good moisturizer with sunscreen, which would prevent more dark spots from forming. I left there feeling defeated and figured I'd better address the dry skin problem first. After reading several product reviews, I ordered CeraVe AM Moisturizer with SPF 3O and a bottle of CeraVe PM Moisturizer. I also ordered a bottle of the Neutrogena liquid face wash, and started using them. After about a week, I noticed a huge improvement in my skin in terms of the dryness. The flakiness around my eyebrows was pretty much gone, and my skin looked & felt softer, but I nothing changed with regards to the dark spots. I did a little more research and came across this product. I was skeptical at first because I tried other oils, which basically did nothing they claimed to, but I figured I'd give it a try. One thing I noticed about the CeraVe daytime with sunscreen was the fact that it left a slight white residue, and it didn't leave my face feeling quite as moisturized as the night time, solve it often have to put a little of the night time moisturizer on top of the daytime when I used it in the morning. Fast forward to 3 days ago when this bottle of vitamin C skin clearing serum arrived. I continued with my same ritual, only after using the CeraVe Moisturizer in the morning, I would put a few drops of the vitamin C serum on my fingers and apply it all over my face. Immediately, I noticed my skin felt baby soft and that white residue from the CeraVe daytime was less noticeable. Here we are a few days later, and I just washed my face and noticed a huge difference in the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. I wish I had a before and after picture, but trust me, there's a huge difference even though it's only been a few days. My skin feels amazingly soft and moisturized, and the dark spots are really starting to lighten amazingly well. If my skin doesn't approve anymore than it has, but still say this combination seems to be working well, so I'm pleased. However, I can't wait to see how clear and even -toned my skin looks by the time I finish this first bottle. I would definitely recommend this product, and I'll certainly continue using it myself!

I’ve been using this Vitamin C serum for a month now and the difference in my skin is noticeable! My complexion looks brighter, more even-toned, and feels so much smoother. Only after trying this serum did I find that mine is the type of skin whose hyperpigmentation worsens with salicylic acid :( So I discontinued the serum. The smell is a bit floral at first and then a herbal smell similar to tea tree oil comes through. But the other aspects were good - it was absorbed into the skin quickly, killed some types of bacteria and thinned down sebum in congested pores. It decreases oiliness and so makes the skin drier.

I have purchased this C+ Serum and the regular C Serum a total of 9, yes 9, times. It works very well for me, and it is not as expensive as similar serums. Depending on my skin needs, I use once or twice a day. I have a rather complicated regimen NOW because I was not so kind to my face THEN. This serums’ scent is slightly orange, it smooths, brightens, and lifts dark areas. I would not go so far as to write it moisturizes but, once dry, the skin is prepped for other products. I read Amazon friends’ reviews about burning, etc., and these concerns disturb me and should be addressed. Because Vitamin C is an acid, it may burn sensitive skin types. It is unfortunate for anyone to experience a product burn their skin. Been there. Slather your face with a soothing cream and try something less concentrated. Once you find the Vitamin C serum for YOUR skin, you will see the benefits written above. Your face will start glowing, and you will be even more beautiful than you are already! I absolutely swear by this serum…however, when working with acids on the face, no matter the vendor, we must all take great care in protecting our skin first. That is the purpose of using serums in the first place, yes? Try this serum. You will know after one or two applications if it is for you. You can always return, and try something else! I really wanted to love this, I've been going on a skin journey and figured this would fit the bill and help my skin even more. Buttttt, my skin broke out in a weird very dry red rash and was super rough and rashy for five days...It's still not back to before but it is wayyy better and getting back to base. Maybe I'm allergic to something in it I don't know? But I won't touch it again, it destroyed my skin.

Leaves my skin feeling smooth, hydrated and brighter. Absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. Very pleased with the results.

It is working. Best serum for face undoubtedly.

The consistency always changes, my last bottle was nice and thick like a gel cream, this one is watery.

Literally the best vitamin c product I have used. It is not too runny, has a very nice smell, does the actual job and brightened my dark spots
