Complete junk the long screws work but are way to long and will dent or scratch your barrel if you try to tighten them down so don’t try it it comes with smaller screws but they don’t screw into the plates makes no sense don’t buy this ….

Just as other reviewers, I did not confirm vent rail size, as a result it did not fit. Rather than returning it, I filed it to fit. The connection feels snug. Time will tell about the durability.

Product is good but screws are not good quality. So think before you buy?

The mount itself is functional and can be used as intended. The screws that are supplied with this mount are garbage. They seem to be made from very very soft aluminum. The heads and threads strip out easily even when being very cautious. I mount optics regularly and use high quality equipment to do so, I know what I’m doing. I did not have any issues with fit on my Remington 870 like in some of the other reviews. The bottom plate is thin and the threads will strip out also. In my opinion there’s not enough material to get a good solid grip on the screw threads for a solid and secure fit. Especially if your aim is accuracy. Bottom line is the materials are cheap but with some tinkering you can get this mount to work. Good luck! I would not purchase this product again.

Certain brand shotguns require modified screws to install correctly. Worth the effort.

Put on stoeger and mounted scope on perfectly

Did not hold up. On the 3rd shot it was loose retighten 1 shot loose again. The side screws at that point no longer would tighten. Bought a steel one.
