Worth the money.
Best i have found, my child has PCOS and high magnesium is needed to help. It is really hard to find this level of glycinate in any other mixed vitamin.

Take 1 at night first .
My go to for help sleeping. Does the job so well I have to take 1 tablet rather than 2 or my dreams are to vivid . I assume the b6 also contributes to this .
