Pros: Lightweight, large, easy to hold and stir Cons: finding a place in my overly stuffed kitchen cabinets (but that's a me problem) Honestly, if you watch any of The Great British Bake Off shows, you know everything you need to know about this bowl. Was it my favorite color? Not really, but there are no other choices for this size and, more importantly, it's iconic! I love the bowl so much that I find the color doesn't even matter. :) My absolute favorite part of the bowl is being able to turn and kneed the dough without straining and twisting my arms in unnatural positions. Durability: so far, so good Cleaning: a breeze dishwasher or by hand Versatility: I use this for everything and anything that needs a large bowl, German potato salad, bakalar, etc. it goes straight on the table as a serving bowl too. I've never understood Marie Kondo's "Does it spark joy" question until now. Yes, it does spark joy! Happy baking!
